IndigoVision's CEO To Sleep Out and Raise Money for Scotland's Homeless with Social Bite
Along with over 100 other Scottish business leaders IndigoVision's CEO, Marcus Kneen, is going to take part in Social Bite's CEO Sleep-Out. They will be braving a cold Scottish winters night on December 15th to raise funds for Scotland's most vulnerable people and Social Bite's work in helping them find their feet.
Marcus and Social Bite are raising money to break the cycle of homelessness in Scotland for good by supporting Social Bite's plan to build a village for 20 homeless individuals to live for 12 months. This village will not only put roofs over people's heads but will also be paired with full support to help them get back on their feet and links to employment opportunities.
The sleep out will take place in Charlotte Square in Edinburgh from 7pm "“ 7am with only a sleeping bag to see us through the cold winters night. Britain's greatest ever Olympian Sir Chris Hoy is taking part along with a wide range of Scottish leaders.
Christmas is a time of year where we eat, drink and are merry with our families and friends. But it is also an incredibly lonely and harsh time for our homeless populations. This event will be an opportunity to experience for one night what the homeless community go through and all funds raised will go to breaking the cycle of homelessness for good.
